"Fander" in folklore, its meaning profound, Lavender's name, in tales renowned.
In ancient tongues, this knowledge passed, Lavender's essence, its scent amassed.
And the "li" so bright, so clear,
Symbolizing lime, oh dear!
"As the master, so the joke"
The "master", LiLaFrizz, was first served by Gerhard & Paula in 2018 and has enjoyed steady popularity ever since. After energetic collaboration, there's now the Fanderli, our "joke", in the bottle!
Gerhard Thüringer
A true Paasdorf native. He cultivates his vineyards and arable land, where lavender is growing among other crops such as pumpkins.
LiLaFrizz
Lime-Lavender-Frizzante. Refreshingly different. It inspires young & old, male & female, as well as everybody else.

Paula Henzl
Paula is a "Zuagroaste", meaning she moved to the Weinviertel region.
As a food technologist and organic agriculture student, she is particularly concerned about our well-being.
